At no cost we will provide any of the following:
help you select a house design
from existing published designs. You may have a source of your own but just
need help in choosing one that meets your needs and budget and is well suited
to the site.
help you select a design from
our files. We can offer suggestions for modifications to suit your needs
and the site.
help you find an architect. Architects
can be engaged to provide a range of services. At landon Bay East one owner
used an architect just to prepare a preliminary design which then was taken
to a contractor who interpreted the sketches into a finished house. In another
case the architect provided complete services including supervision of construction.
advice and guidance to help you
decide where and how your house will be sited to take advantage of your
property's best features
review your house design and
offer suggestions
Helping you layout the balance
of the driveway (properties already have driveways roughed in for part of
the way)
help you find contractors or other services including people who do tree clearing (leaving you with firewood), drill wells , install septic systems. Most often all of these services are provided by or managed by your building contractor.
We can also offer you design and
build services for which we would work out a fee arrangement with you. These
services could include any of the following:

This service could range from providing preliminary design that you would
then take to a contractor to providing complete services including project
management. Project management means that we would oversee all aspects of
construction in a turnkey operation.
Project Management of your design
Clearing your site of trees to suit your house plans , including area for septic bed and completion of driveway. Building your driveway I think you can see that we are very flexible. The main thing is that we want you to be comfortable with the process of creating a wonderful place for you at Landon Bay East.
